Nerdrotic is one of the bigger Star Trek fans to comment on the show in culture over the last several years, but it seems he was blocked by William Shatner over a misunderstanding back in 2021.
Newsflash: it came out long ago that Shatner does not "police" his Twitter account at all. He has someone else do it.
In fact, someone else got blocked who was a friend of Shatner's and they phoned him about it to apologize. Shatner was clueless and said, "I did? Not me." Turns out he has someone else handle his posts and account.
The "explanation" of Nerdrotic's ban doesn't even come from Shatner, though it be his account.
