Just jettison everything made after the next to last episode of Enterprise. The last episode of Enterprise is about as bad as anything Kurtzman did--the rest of the show was pretty good though.

I would start a new series between Enterprise and TOS. Give the Enterprise crew a proper send off for a bit of fan service and to show the studio cares, then launch deep into the early days of the Federation and more first contacts in what will be a fresh, new galaxy in universe to explore. That way, you're also avoiding hundreds of episodes worth of lore/homework.

Yeah, memory hole everything Kurtzman touched.

I was starting to get into Enterprise when I binged it 12 years ago. I enjoyed it quite a bit till the ending, which was forced because the show was not renewed.

It would be nice to see a reunion of Enterprise cast, but another reunion of TOS or TNG would be retreading old ground. How many times do we have to give Kirk an elegant or heroic exit??

I like the idea of dealing with first contacts and the politics that grows the Federation from a middling power to the (mostly) dominate force in the galaxy. That could also lead directly into a possible new series if the show is good. Lots of potential.
