I believe that Jerk CEO is trying to have it both ways; reap the benefits from DEI embracement without also incurring the wrath of those who despise it.

This is what happens when women are allowed too much access to positions of power & authority. It's NOT that no woman can do these jobs, several Congresswomen prove some women can hack it, but the overwhelming majority aren't/can't and shouldn't be where they are but for Affirmative Action before and DEI today. Both of these are about placing less the qualified and or outright incompetent people in positions you do not want some to be who can;t do the job. EXAMPLE: Female firefighters put lives at risk plus the gay/feminist female firefighters don't even think it's part of their job to carry someone out of a burning fire.

The woke won't end until feminism ends and women and coerced back to doing what they do best; wives & mothers and even school board members.

IN general women will always pick the promise of safety & security over freedom and liberty thus the dangers of allowing them to participate in governance. They also do not vote for the status quo. They vote for the "perceived" majority opinion. If you can make it look like as if the majority support allowing trans women in women sports the majority of women will support it solely b/c they think it's majority supported. This is why women are the primary target for emotional manipulation.
