I'm cautiously optimistic about this. Universal has done a pretty solid job with Harry Potter in Orlando. Creating a replica of the Shire and being able to immerse yourself in that could be really cool.
Well, maybe I am more pessimistic as far as such endeavours go. Especially those whose motivation is far from what JRRT believed in and infused into his work. Generally speaking, I very much dislike seeing his work reduced into a simple consumer product or brand.
