1. Asimov wrote about Anderson and getting into arguments with him, Isaac admitting to being a "Pinko Lefty", and noting that Anderson was a conservative.
2. No mention of his work with Gordon R. Dickson and the Hoka series? I have a lot of Anderson's work, but the Hoka series is primarily what I read to my kids at night, and I went kinda batshit with different voices for the characters.

If you like viking fantasy I would suggest Lars Walker. He is a Christian as well. His books are very good
