either fags or have an absolute minuscule level of self-confidence. I guarantee, a common thread is that there are no positive father figures in any of their lives.
Fascinating how quickly franchise discourse shifted from creative choices to poltical litmus tests. Wolkoff's response basically turns the conversation into team sports rather than addressing whether the storytelling itself is working for longtime fans. I've been in rooms where folks on different political sides actually agreed about quality decline, but the second it gets framed as ideology warfare, any genuine critique about character development or pacing gets tossed aside. The irony is this kind of reaction probably drives away more casual viewers than any actual content decission.
Star Trek has been ruined by Wolkoff and his ilk. A Star Trek Musical? Really? Who but wokists watch this crap? The Original Series did great Sci Fi because it used a lot of actual writers who made a living writing for publication and had to live on writing things people would read. The early spin off series focused more on action adventure than thought provoking stories, but (apart from Next Gen) were pretty good. The new age wokist shows are nothing but political and moral lecturing (from morons and people with no morals) and cultural brainwashing. Shatner has sadly turned out to be a weak-thinking leftist, but he is still The Captain and given his experience with the show and the genre, would bring a refreshing and welcome return to good story telling.
Well, if it is a success, then good for them. If it turns out to be the next Acolyte, well, maybe they will learn something. Wait! What am I saying? They never learn anything.
All of this is much more entertaining than the actual show. 🤣
Yessir.
And yet, and yet, and yet, there's nothing they can do to make me watch their garbage.
Unhinged white guys:

LOL, their crazy leftist rage never stops being funny. Makes it easy to avoid watching their spew.
Just imagine did falsetto high pitched whiny ass flipping. Thank god we don’t actually interact with this….. person.
You couldn't pay me to set foot in California
Both Bill Wolkoff and Mark Haynes are terrible people, who are defending Woke. Just pathetic.
So Bill Wolkoff is racist, anti-semitic.

One tweet; maximal freakout
Nice.
To boldly go where no one wants you to go.
This is why Hollywood is dead and I'm thrilled.
wolkoff should relax. NOBODY is watching his shitshow with Fatblakkian aliens.
I’m partial to your last sentence there.
Bill Fulkoff.
Wow. It is so easy to jerk the chains of these fools.

Just made up my mind on watching his show. A BIG NO!
