Gul Dukat did nothing wrong.

Garbage like this is why I stopped watching TREK after DS9; the last show that had a connection to NEXT GENERATION and Roddenberry's original vision-- all these current writers do is couch their bad writing in the window dressing of quality IP'S and work to destroy them...

I reject the premise that Lower Decks worked as a comedy or even worked at all.

That tripe was as awful as anything else Kurtzman Trek, maybe worse. It's one thing to he a bad sci-fi show, at least you can laugh at that, but a bad comedy sci-fi show--you can't even laugh at that--it's just torture.

This show needs to be pulled from the net and removed entirely from memory.

The writers of Star Trek 90210 don't care about continuity or even the lore. Everything they write is virulently anti-star trek. Klingons in dresses, a female jemhadar, a captain who's lazy and doesn't wear boots.

It's like they want to make an expanse, but not an expanse.

Fans don't like it, just like they didn't like discovery.

I wouldn't criticize them for ignoring the novels, since a) the novels have never been considered binding on the TV shows and movies (I've grown to hate the word 'canon' in this context) and b) last I heard, they'd used time travel to undo most of that era in-text anyway to make room for Kurtzman Trek. But then, I dropped out of the novels after the last Section 31 book, and ignored Kurtzman Trek after the premiere of Discovery. :)
