Ten percent? That seems kind of low. They obviously didn’t poll the people who make casting decisions for television commercials.
Think their doing a solid favor by not hiering us.
The poll found that “1 in 10 say their company avoids hiring white men.”
A whopping 60% or 6 in 10 “say the company prioritizes diversity over qualifications.”
31% claim that “their company deprioritizes candidates not considered divers.”
35% claims that “reverse discrimination occurs” at companies with DEI programs.
It shows in: Lower productivity, more absences from work, loss of profit, loss of time, and loss of stock.
The thing is, I don't see harder working men or women applying for those jobs.
I like working for a company with a future.
