No, it’s happening. It’s just a question how much and how fast.

Personally, I couldn't care less about the outcome of this situation (Thanks for the reporting though). I particularly don't care because the Hollywood big studio entertainment industry and productions have been in such a decline that I actually started reading again and focusing on other hobbies aside from being constant with the current movie industry. I still have loads of old productions I haven't seen (e.g. Lawrence of Arabia, Gone with the Wind, The Ten Commandments) that will fill the quota of my movie watching habits outside my newly formed reading habits. It was fun for me while it lasted.

Studios should be able to move wherever they want to. If they want to move to Timbuktoo, let them.

There is no law that say a studio must be tied to California or Los Angeles.

Maybe if they left, they'd pull better actors, and better writers.

Moving production to a red state may be a win or a loss depending on if the red state turns the film industry to the right or the film industry manages to turn the red state blue.

Forget moving trucks.

I want to see The Fall of Saigon replayed from those two iconic water towers.

Load up them choppers folks because the communists are rolling into town, destroying everything in sight.

Last person to board from the roof of the Paramount tower will be William "Tiberius" Shatner, girdled, greased, and squeezed one last time into his Captain's uniform.

From the Warner tower, we'll get the Warner Brothers, and the Warner Sister, Dot, helping Bugs and Daffy before their last escape from their Water Tower home/prison--one they never wanted to make.
