I gotta do more research on it, but from passing heard a lot of things about the switch 2 that I am not happy with. One of them is that some physical games won't even be in the game cards and they going to use card as a reader instead? I heard Latest DOOM game did that and it threw me off the hype. I am an advocate for physical media. ( I know the majority of gamers these days don't really care about that aspect). 2nd thing I heard is that they have the capabilities to brick your system and are cracking down on people modding their consoles and even controllers now. In my opinion once someone buys their product, they can do whatever to that product. I'm alright with them voiding warranties like the industry does with vehicles. Third problem with me is an aesthetic really. I thought with the Switch OLED they were going to make the OLED screen the standard for the switch 2. I would like to see a comparison of the switch 2 screen and Switch Oled since I hear switch 2 screen better than predecessor. I do like the game lineup switch 2 is having this year though. New Mario kart looks sick, Donkey Kong is gonna be a hit, and the people that made Bloodborn have a switch exclusive game I'm really interested in. Definitely going to be waiting a while before I think about purchasing the console and do some research on it.
I have one, it's ok. Reminds me of a steam deck, but better-quality plastic and lighter.
