They are working so hard to humanize all the monsters, I would not be surprised if in the future they come out with "Tasha's Manual of Mixing" to give players and GMs an option to create hybrid character races out of any Monster/PC Race combination. They truly do identify with the abominable creatures more than the playable races.

They won't mix Monster and PC races because they already got rid of all the half PC races. They'll be Admitting their own hypocrisy if they do
