Does Warner Bros not understand why Paramount Skydance is about to gobble them up? This crap is why.

It's a pity I enjoyed most of his Rebirth run. Ah well eventually everyone either gets blacklisted or turns to tds.

Once again, we see how speculators can ruin anything.

This is not Batman, it's not even a character wearing a Batman skinsuit. This is Anti Batman, Mirror Universe Batman, Nega Batman, Bizarro World Batman. Everything the character is, this wank-nozzle is opposite.

If this comic had been released to sell on its own merits, without the speculator driven horse crap, it would have been just another failed relaunch selling a couple copies of #1, then quietly being cancelled before hitting 10 issues.

Instead, we get the most anti consumer, anti fan comic ever produced selling like hotcakes because basement dwellers don't understand investing and think this is their Bitcoin (how'd comic "investing" work out for you in the 90s, guys?)

It is fitting though that a comic line relying entirely on gimmicks and gadgets would feature Batman.

Last thing: this cartoon will fail.

Why?

Because it has to stand on story, quality animation, and craft.

You can't sell a blind bag episode #1 with 87 variant animation styles to chumps. There's no gimmick, no imagined payday, just Bizarro Batman and his lame story.

I knew from the beginning that both Snyder and Dragotta were using the comics industry as a stepping stone to catapult them into the Entertainment/Movie and TV industry just like Tom Taylor and Tom King. They hold no love for the medium they are in, they just wanted to use it to spread their political ideologies in the hopes that woke Hollywood would take them in so that they can be taken “more seriously” as “artist”.
