When I heard the South Park guys took blood money for the lack of Covid-19 mockery, something like a billion dollars, I knew the show would lose any genuine humor and independence it had left. They sold out a long time ago.
It's my speculation/opinion they did. $900 million then. I never found South Park consistently funny so I have no idea if they're actually worth that much. It's been several years, but covid-19 centric episodes were released that were called lame by more conservative youtubers.
Now these guys took another $1.5 billion dollars to make more unfunny material. More power to people that enjoy the show, and I don't hate anyone that enjoys South Park, but there's no way in my opinion the show is worth that much!
When you've gotten used to zero Christianity anywhere in secular society, the smallest drop of it will feel like a hurricane.
