Arkhaven and Vox Day have been producing thousands of pages of comics with a very loyal readerbase and Hypergamouse is the latest in a chain of successes.
It's a great comic, in the line of several family-style, very long-running strips. Funny comic, with a huge amount of life lessons drawn in. Great start and great attention-getter.
For Gen X, consider the impact like crowdfunding "Calvinball: The Illustrated Official Rules"
"A comedy strip focused on the socio-sexual hierarchy, Fairchild combines the anthropomorphic slice-of-life humor of old newspaper comics with modern theming, making Hypergamouse something special for readers."
Paper Doll Veronika is hilarious. At first I wasn't drawn to it because I didn't "get" the art style, but it only took a few chapters before I was hooked.

It's quite good, and gets better as it goes along.
Gotcha will check it out
Hypergamous is consistently great.
It's nice to see "alt" comics get a bit of time in the spotlight. Definitely tired of the same-old/same-old from DC and Marvel.
Homeschool textbook backed.
For my boys AND my daughter.
I hope you will give VegFolk Fables and Paper Doll Veronika a try. They are two of my favorites (one for obvious reasons)
