An anonymous veteran developer for Ubisoft shared why he believes his the company is now hated not only by the public, but even within its own company.
“We live in a murky world these days...NO...We the customers just rejected your woke BS, that's all...just say sorry and bring out a proper Splinter Cell game with no pandering to an audience that"you" know doesn't exist nore buy games, and all will be forgiven, let's start there...
In a true market economy, Ubisoft would have failed a decade ago, if not earlier.
USAID, tax breaks, government loans and handouts, ESG investment firms, media propaganda, IP squatting, regulations limiting competition, and straight up money laundering have kept it, and others like it, afloat for far too long.
I hope for nothing less than an enormous market crash and correction that will see 90% of these "developers" out of the industry permanently.

Start respecting the fans not the insane DEI leftoids!
I bet if you were forced to shake the hand of one the frog, ubi-flacid, leaders of that company, you’d cringe at the limp, effeminate, weakness of it.
Culture flows downstream. If leadership is weak, the culture will suffer. If leadership is these womanly frogs, culture is cancerous at best.
Amazing comparison with the last of the king louis’. Right before that frog revolution.
Let them eat "get used to not owning games" cake?
It appears to be quite the fickle business.
Ubisoft released Rocksmith, which I thought was revolutionary. Now they're frog garbage.
