Pascal has predator written all over him. Can’t keep his hands off women either. But he has the right politics.

"Nah, man! He's just dealing with [INSERT ARMCHAIR PSYCHOBABBLE HERE]."

Steve's avatar

lol true.

fka_fka_donnie_d's avatar

What has he been credibly accused of?

SK's avatar

Stop with the legalism. Everyone is tired of it. Arguing by asking questions and attacking the character of those you disagree with is childish and autistic and does nothing but piss normal people off.

fka_fka_donnie_d's avatar

Yeah, making unfounded allegations against random people shows true "character". Totes.

Steve's avatar

Being a predator. I suppose no one will be credible though. You weirdos always move the goal post.

fka_fka_donnie_d's avatar

What's that?

Pascal has never been credibly accused of any sexual impropriety?

But you're still here running your mouth?

Because you don't actually know what "credible" means?

Awkward.

fka_fka_donnie_d's avatar

Yes, it's "funny" to make unfounded accusations about celebrities while Republican politicians get arrested for pedophilia daily.

NIGELTEAPOT's avatar

pascal is know by his fruits and so are you: this frightens you.

No there are not Republican politicians arrested for pedophilia.

Similarly, you worship it and serve and push it at every turn.

your curses are Consummately Returned back to whence they came with A St Michael Prayer and A St Benedict Prayer.

The "go along to fit in" crowd. Nothing this sigma male ever did. Probably why I turned down H-wood in the 70s. I just wasn't the type.

If people turned to Jesus instead of mimicking man, we might finally shake that cringe social validation cycle. If giving the wrong answer meant someone fit into the majority and was accepted, some absurd % of people would knowingly give the wrong answer. Some published study or other...

Why do such a thing? Especially when the "good news" of the gospel is that the liberty and freedom... is free.

NIGELTEAPOT's avatar

What are you even pretending to say here?

Laran Mithras's avatar

"Pretending?"

Interesting.

Dismissed.

Did you go insane or were you partaking in drugs with that blaspheming?

Pascal strikes me as having a complex fawn response and a byproduct of familial grooming. This term comes off as potentially alarming, and it is, but this is not uncommon. See family systems theory. Hes a media darling, prior to this and I don’t understand why it’s a big deal… As far as Hollywood vices go… mildly inappropriate displays of affection with a consenting adult is… pretty mellow.

Insane reach but ok

The Incarnatum's avatar

Any part in particular? Because that looks like… nasty bait to me… if you don’t have anything to add I’m not having a conversation.

puma's avatar

"A byproduct of familial grooming." I don't know Pascal's story in depth. While I understand the first bit of your comment could be referencing his rocky life, as far as im aware there's no interview or comment he's made on having been involved in dynamics related to grooming on his family. You can say he's a weird guy, or that he oversteps frequently. Linking a behavior to such complex trauma as the one you're suggesting seems rather irresponsible to me.

The Incarnatum's avatar

And I think… being aggressive is not going to get you very far. But if you want to know more about family systems theory maybe you ought to look. But the reason I said “I suspect” is simply that.

puma's avatar

Hahaha. I apologize if I came across rude or aggressive. I meant to say it seems to me you can't apply family systems theory or complex analysis of another human being having such little information about facts of their past and upbringing, much less basing your hypothesis only on behavior you and I don't agree with. It doesn't seem right to me to assume someone (whoever it is) has been groomed just based on clips of him being touchy. Speculating about trauma without evidence isn't thoughtful analysis.

The Incarnatum's avatar

well, that’s one way of looking at it

The only one that needs to talk about Pedro Pascal is Pedro Pascal. Preferably with an experienced qualified psychiatrist.

Dont like him. - from The Gay’s

NA's avatar

I don’t agree with him at all, he shows people it’s “okay” to be lustful and a slut, he allows multiple partners, he is not a good roll model and I wish he wasn’t gay because I am gay and he doesn’t have the right to speak for me or any other gay people

His vibe is that of a psychologically manipulative predator. He uses others' self doubt and empathy to exert control over them. It's quite gross. His entourage are the same types who fawn over Kylo Ren and Luigi Mangione.

Steve's avatar

I still don’t know that much about him (along with Andrew Tate).
