Transformers relaunched only a little over two years ago, and now they’re already heading down the woke path under Robert Kirkman with the replacement of Optimus Prime as the leader of their team.
This just felt like a slap in the face for me, because Optimus Prime was my idol growing up. Say what you will about Daniel Warren Johnson, at least he was a Transformers fan. Robert Kirkman just didn’t care. He’s just doing his Invincible shtick again.
“kirkman”s first comic was “battle pope” which was some strange unforgivable blaspheming spree, then he brought that into his other comics.
he IS an “atheist,” but he spoils the “alchemy” that those like hitchens, bill maher et al try: he’s a satanist who thinks he can unforgivably blaspheme himself into being a secular jew.
all their evils are an attempt to hide from The Truth while trying to claw their ways into a “club” that will never accept them. in some idiotic delusion, they think it’s because they have heard of God that the shame follows their failure to “apotheosize.”
So to kirkman is simply committing suicide without realizing it, and his curses are Returned to hell where they belong.
