ThatUmbrellaGuy and Megan Fox revealed that because of their YouTube coverage of the Jeremy Hales trial, an unhinged woman filed a lawsuit against them for saying she looked like a muppet on a playful live stream.
If someone says "x is like y" it is already an opinion.... and can't be actionable... nor can it be construed as defamatory, no matter how much X hates being compared to Y.
This shouldn't make it past the first test in court. It should be dismissed with prejudice and the woman who may or may not look like a muppet (I haven't nor do I care to see her) be forced to pay fees...
