John Boyega, who played Finn in the Disney Star Wars trilogy, recently decried Star Wars fans as racist and described the franchise as “the most whitest, elite space.”This Substack is reader-supported.
He's a perpetual victim. Rather than blame Disney for the poor job they did, he shits on fans and then focuses entirely on his identity to shame them into giving him more work. Pathetic.
Star Wars fandom isn't racist. We wanted to see Boyegas character grow into a Jedi. His change from killer to mystic would have been awesome. It was the writers that screwed him and Rey up. If she had an arc like Luke's or had shown some growth, it would have been awesome.
But the writers weren't writing for the fan, they were writing for their own egos.
"Bruv" As Boyega likes to say, "Bruv, in America blacks are <%15 of the population. What you are demanding isn't anything close to representation it's just like with the gays, you demand promotion.
A whiny crybaby. He comes across as a bitter loser. Too bad. I liked his character and hoped Disney would do more with it. See you in the has been section pal.

Did he play the annoying dude in those Star Wars movies? No, the other one. Not that one either, the other one.
Stick to slamdunks and bass-guitars Boyega, you fucking faggot bitch!

Lando was black and a better character.
Sounds like John Boyega is kissing up to Hollywood because he is desperate for work.
Dude, get over yourself.
You don't even rate "and the rest" level for Star Trek actors.
It’s not his color.
It’s literally him.
I guarantee you no one would complain about Idris Elba.
Boyega is hard to like.
Some actors are just like that.
