"This is not your mother's or grandmother's Narnia"--mothers and grandmothers have nothing to do with it; put quite simply, THIS IS NOT NARNIA...

Was anyone expecting anything else? the evil of the world honestly thinks this will somehow erase The Good done by the original (LOL).

I already smell a red flag with Rich Gelfond’s comment.

Not satisfied with destroying LOTR, now they're going after Narnia? Evil can't help itself.. it just has to try to destroy everything good, beautiful and true.

Not real sure we need a rock 'n roll version of Narnia. I suspect we have another Looters situation going on here, where a creator with no original ideas (at least none that are bankable) is stealing an old IP--and peeing all over it. Gerwig is one of those people you're supposed to celebrate because she's a woman. Yeah. That's about it. They would have you believe that Barbie was a BIG movie, but even its biggest supposed fans probably didn't sit through more than one viewing of it. It will not age well. Neither will RnR Narnia. Trust me!

So, it's going to be a three hour long rock video. Meh.

Any change from C.S. Lewis's story makes it not Narnia.

Why not create a modern story for the three hour rock video?

Because they're incapable of creating anything themselves. These people are devoid of any creative spark.

So then... hot garbage for LGBTQP monsters. Pass.

How can anyone think Pink Floyd and the Doora are contemporary. Do they think this is the 70's or the 60's. How can How can 60 year old music be considered contemporary? Or how can Narnia be about Rock and Roll? They have obviously no regard for the vision of the author Lewis.
