Over the last few years, comic book readers have been watching the struggling IDW Media Holdings, also known as IDW Publishing, as a bellwether for what’s happening down the line from Marvel and DC Comics for the comic industry’s overall sustainability. Now, it’s been revealed in an investor call that sales are down 8% in a recent quarter with titles underperforming what they expected.
