I honestly believe some people truly are better off as subjects. In her most famous role she portrayed a princess - THE PRINCESS BRIDE. A citizen of a republic such as the USA has been incapable of being a genuine princess since July 4, 1776. But if that is what she longs to be no one in the United States is preventing her from remaining in the United Kingdom. Even Benjamin Franklin's own son made that choice.
To be fair, given we live in a fallen world, most places could be described in similar terms. But I place low priority on commentary from someone who (a) currently partakes of mind-altering chemical therapy; and (b) employs specifically hallucinogetic chemicals in the course of that therapy.
And that's even before I get to specific questions about assumptions and political-cultural attitudes.

We could only wish that everyone who wants to be ruled over would move to a place where they are subjects and not citizens.
