All of those books are Horus Heresy books. It is a new series of rulebooks called Liber 'X', such as Liber Mechanicum, Liber Astartes, etc. The one of top is Liber Hereticus, which is a rulebook for the traitor legions.
I don't know if the bookmark has any significance or not - it all does seem very conveniently arranged for the photo - but its placement towards the end of the book would put it somewhere in the chapter on Alpha Legion. The masters of deception and lies in the 40k universe.
