When you do the math, this industry is gong to be plagued with the woke/DEI types b/c of their likely ages and background. Anyone of Millennial age or younger has experienced far more pro-woke like indoctrination then prior generations and a LOT more. My wife was a school teacher and left in the mid 2000's when she saw what the teachers unions and Federal level education admins were doing. There was an intentional effort to start indoctrinating kids as young as first graders, s that by the time they were in college they were already prepped and ready for more intense indoctrination than what the universities had been providing until then. Prior to Millennials, most kids left for college normal and it wasn't until after college that some got screwed up, had their minds turned to mush.
The people trying to reset our society from Capitalism to something more like one of the 3 collectivist governances (Marxism, Communis & Socialism) had hit a road block. It was not possible to turn up the indoctrination any more at the university level and still succeed unless the college students had been prepped, pre-brainwashed so that once in college they were already believers in everything from climate change to infinite pronouns.
Enough time has passed the the first half dozen graduating classes are now largely represented in the private sector especially in gaming and naturally they take their ideology to work. You can see a very distinct difference between the activist from GenX and older and those from Millennials and later. The newer activist openly call for killing political enemies. Older activists were always for prison time but not killing and especially killing of supporters versus the leadership. A sizeable % of Millennials and GenZ'ers are dangerous to the public b/c they are so brainwashed that they believe its just to murder another over political differences.
It's going to be hard to find many gaming studios that aren't plagued with the woke mind virus. They do exist, their just fewer and harder to find.

Pirate your games or buy straight from developer, don’t give them your money.
