The anti-"moral" of the base game is that Goodness, Virtue, and Tradition is simultaneously "weak" and "evil" and that actual evil is "brave" and "necessary" for basic survival.
A large portion of side quests have to do with sodomy or drilling home the above, with another how "religion" is "weak" and "evil" because it demands better of you and that "freedom" only comes through mass murder.
